The NucleaRDB family tree
The families in the NucleaRDB are organized in a tree-like structure. To get specific information about a family,
you can navigate to that family by clicking the '+' buttons. You can use the 'Expand' and 'Collapse' links to expand and collapse the tree.
Clicking on a family name loads family-specific details such as proteins that belong to that family and links to available alignments.
Searching for families
If you expand the entire tree, you can use your browser's search function to search through all family names.
