NucleaRDB: cDNAs and pairwise alignments

The purpose of this section is to provide the available DNA coding sequences for each receptor as well as the corresponding pairwise alignments.
The DNA sequences are in fasta format. The pairwise alignments have been generated with the "genewise" program of the Wise2 package.
