NucleaRDB: data retrieval information (FTP)

logo 2005, NucleaRDB.

The NucleaRDB server holds nuclear receptor sequences and computationally-derived data produced with WHAT IF . You can get this data via classical anonymous FTP from www.receptors.org / ftp.receptors.org. The NucleaRDB data is located in the pub/NR/ directory. Due to the secure version of ftp on the server, you cannnot see the contents of the directories. You have to identify the names of the directory and file to download using the links below before to use the get command. Email us if you need some assistance.
